Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Fansdreams. By acquiring the products of Fansdreams, you have purchased high quality.

We grant the following warranties for our products.
The defective or non-functioning product which is not caused by human or physical damage is eligible to get the part/product replaced. We offer 6-month warranty for each product we manufacture. The warranty period is valid from the initial date of purchase. The warranty period is valid from the initial date of purchase.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
  • Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains or wear
  • Malfunction or breakage due to misuse, negligence, accidental or intentional damage
  • Modification or alteration of the product by anyone other than FansDreams
If anything is broken or defective, please initiate your warranty claim by sending an email to support@fansdreams.com. Please clearly address the issue with the pictures/video and attach the picture of the entire package. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Additional Information:

  • This lifetime warranty is exclusively applicable to Fansdreams products and supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
  • Fansdreams reserves the right to request proof of purchase or the return of the defective Product, as necessary.
  • Regarding shipping costs for the replacement, it will be charged to the recipient if it’s been over 30 days from the date when the product was used.
  • Please note that Fansdreams shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including incidental or consequential damages. It is important to be aware that certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, hence this limitation may not apply to you.
