Defective and issues

If you receive a damaged or an incorrect product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at within 7 days of delivery for a return. We will provide a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement.

If you ever find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to send us an email within 14 days of delivery. Our support team will be delighted to help and will strive to provide a prompt response within two business days.

  • This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For non-quality related returns, FansDreams will refund the cost of the returned product only. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and any damage to items or loss during shipping fornon-quality related returns.
  • To start a return, you can email us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (The company address is not the return address of the package, and the specific address will be sent by customer service email.)

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.
